Deleting your Catalog Pro account permanently removes your account and all of your data — every generated photo, every model, your uploads and your remaining photo balance. This cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

  • Every photo we generated for you — garment photoshoots and product photos alike.
  • Every AI model (avatar) created for your account, and all of its poses.
  • The garment and product photos you uploaded.
  • Your job history, on the website and in the app.
  • Your profile, sign-in and any remaining photo balance.

Before you go

Download anything you still want to keep first — once deleted, we cannot recover your photos, and neither can you. Any unused photo balance is forfeited and is not refundable.
