Privacy Policy
Catalog Pro — AI Model Photoshoot. This policy explains what we collect, what happens to the photos you upload, and the choices you have.

Catalog Pro is an AI product-photography app for online sellers. You photograph a garment or a product, and the app generates professional catalog images of that item. To do that, we collect only what the service needs:

We do not collect your contacts, your messages, your call logs, your location, or the other photos in your gallery.
2. Your Photos and How We Process Them
This is the most important section of this policy, so we have kept it plain.
When you start a generation, the photos you selected are sent over an encrypted connection to our servers, where AI models process them to produce your catalog images. The generated results are stored in your account so you can view, re-download and share them from the app.

A note on AI models. The people shown wearing your garments are AI-generated and are not real, identifiable individuals. No real person's likeness is captured, stored or reused by Catalog Pro.
To generate images we use third-party AI processing providers. They receive the image and the instructions needed to complete the job, act on our instructions under contract, and are not permitted to use your content for their own purposes.
3. Camera and Photo Access
Catalog Pro does not ask for permission to read your whole photo gallery.

4. Account and Sign-In
Catalog Pro signs you in anonymously the first time you open it, using Firebase Authentication, so your photos and balance are tied to you without you having to create an account.
Signing in with Google is optional. If you do, your existing anonymous account — including your photos, saved models and balance — is securely carried over to your Google-linked account, so you keep everything and can restore it on a new device. Only you can access your account.
5. Notifications
Generating photos takes time, so the app can send you a notification when your set is ready. This uses a push notification service, which receives an anonymous device token — never your photos or your personal details. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings; the app will continue to work.
6. Purchases
Catalog Pro is free to download. Packs of photos and models are sold as one-off in-app purchases through Google Play. Google processes the payment and shares with us only a confirmation that a purchase succeeded, so that we can credit your balance. Photos and models never expire.
We never receive your card number, UPI ID, bank details or billing address.
7. How We Use Your Information
We use the information described above only to:

8. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data or your images. We share data only with service providers who help us run Catalog Pro, and only to the extent they need it:

These providers are bound by contract to protect your data and to use it only for the purposes we specify. Beyond this, we disclose information only where you ask or authorise us to, where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
9. Data Storage and Security
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit. Your photos and generated images are stored on secured cloud infrastructure and are accessible only to your account. Access by our team is restricted and used only where necessary to operate the service or resolve a support request you have raised.
The app also keeps a local cache on your device so your photos load quickly and remain visible offline. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling it removes that local copy.
No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we handle.
10. Data Retention
We keep your uploaded photos and generated images for as long as your account is active, so that your history stays available to you. If you delete an item from within the app, or delete your account, the associated data is removed from our systems.
We may retain a minimal record of purchases where we are required to for tax, accounting or legal reasons. Anonymised analytics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for product analysis.
11. Your Rights
You have the right to:

Deleting your account is permanent. It removes your uploaded photos, your generated images and your saved models from our systems, and it cannot be undone. Any unused photos or models in your balance are forfeited. Download anything you want to keep first.
12. Children's Privacy
Catalog Pro is a business tool for sellers and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and significant changes will be communicated within the app.
