Catalog Pro — AI Model Photoshoot. These terms govern your use of the app. Please read them before you upload your first photo.

By downloading, installing or using Catalog Pro ("the app"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the app and uninstall it.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Catalog Pro. If you use the app on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
2. What Catalog Pro Does
Catalog Pro lets you upload photos of a garment or a product and uses AI to generate professional catalog images of that item — worn by an AI model, or presented on its own — sized and formatted for online marketplaces.
Marketplace presets (such as image dimensions and background rules) are provided as a convenience and reflect our understanding of each platform's requirements at the time. Those requirements are set by the marketplaces and can change without notice. You remain responsible for making sure the images you publish comply with the policies of the platform you list on.
3. Your Account
The app creates an anonymous account for you automatically. You may optionally link a Google account, which lets you keep your photos, saved models and balance if you change devices.
You are responsible for keeping your device and any linked account secure, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Do not share access with anyone you do not trust with your content and balance.
4. Your Content and Who Owns It

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Catalog Pro to:

| Mislead buyers | Do not create images that misrepresent a product's material, condition, size or origin. |
| Infringe intellectual property | Copyright, trademarks, design rights or anything else belonging to someone else. |
| Abuse the service | No reverse engineering, scraping, overloading, disrupting or gaining unauthorised access to the app or our systems, and no reselling access to the service. |
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, without refund.
6. AI-Generated Imagery
The models are not real people. The people shown wearing your garments are generated by AI and do not depict real, identifiable individuals.
AI generation is probabilistic. Results vary between runs, and the output may not always match your item exactly — colours, textures, fits, patterns, logos and fine details can differ from the real product. You should review every image before you publish it, and you are responsible for making sure your listing accurately represents what you are selling.
Some marketplaces and jurisdictions require you to disclose that imagery is AI-generated, or restrict its use. Checking and following those rules is your responsibility.
7. Photos, Models and Purchases
Catalog Pro is free to download. Generating images consumes photos, and creating an AI model consumes models. You buy these in packs as one-off in-app purchases through Google Play.

8. Refunds
Purchases are processed by Google Play, and refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. If something has gone wrong with a purchase or a generation, contact us first — we would rather fix it directly.
Nothing in these terms limits any refund or consumer rights you have under the law that applies to you.
9. Availability and Changes to the Service
We work to keep Catalog Pro available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation times are estimates, not commitments. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, and we may perform maintenance that makes the service temporarily unavailable.
10. Intellectual Property
The app itself — including its name, logo, design, interface, software and content — is owned by Codex Collab and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. They do not give you any right to copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the app.
Marketplace names and logos referenced in the app or on our website belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those platforms. Catalog Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
11. Disclaimers
Catalog Pro is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that generated images will be accepted by any marketplace or will produce any particular commercial result.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost sales, lost data, listing removals, account suspensions on third-party marketplaces, or business interruption arising from your use of the app.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for in-app purchases in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
13. Termination
You may stop using Catalog Pro at any time, and you can delete your account and all associated data from the Profile screen in the app. Deletion is permanent and forfeits any unused photos or models — download anything you want to keep first.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the app evolves. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and significant changes will be communicated within the app. Continuing to use Catalog Pro after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
