Catalog Pro — AI Model Photoshoot. These terms govern your use of the Catalog Pro app, our website and the Catalog Pro Business API. Please read them before you upload your first photo.
Last updated:1. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, installing or using the Catalog Pro app, our website at catalogpro.app, or the Catalog Pro Business API (together, "the service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Catalog Pro. If you use the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business, and "you" includes that business.
2. What Catalog Pro Does
Catalog Pro lets you upload photos of a garment or a product and uses AI to generate professional catalog images of that item — worn by an AI model, or presented on its own — sized and formatted for online marketplaces.
Businesses can also generate the same kinds of images from their own servers through the Business API, managed from the Business dashboard on our website. Section 9 sets out the extra terms that apply to it.
Marketplace presets (such as image dimensions and background rules) are provided as a convenience and reflect our understanding of each platform's requirements at the time. Those requirements are set by the marketplaces and can change without notice. You remain responsible for making sure the images you publish comply with the policies of the platform you list on.
3. Your Account
On Android the app creates an anonymous account for you automatically, and you may optionally link a Google account, which lets you keep your photos, saved models and balance if you change devices. On iPhone you sign in with Sign in with Apple, which does the same. On our website you sign in with your Google account.
A Business API account is created from the Business dashboard on our website, with one business per Google account. Its balance, models and API key are separate from any app account you have.
You are responsible for keeping your device, any linked account and any API key secure, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Do not share access with anyone you do not trust with your content and balance.
4. Your Content and Who Owns It

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Catalog Pro to:

| Abuse the service | No reverse engineering, scraping, overloading, disrupting or gaining unauthorised access to the service or our systems, and no reselling access to the service, except as Business API customers may do under section 9. |
| Game rewarded ads | No using bots, emulators, scripts, modified apps, multiple accounts or any other means to earn free photos without genuinely watching the ads, and no clicking on ads in bad faith. |
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, without refund.
6. AI-Generated Imagery
The models are not real people. The people shown wearing your garments are generated by AI and do not depict real, identifiable individuals.
AI generation is probabilistic. Results vary between runs, and the output may not always match your item exactly — colours, textures, fits, patterns, logos and fine details can differ from the real product. You should review every image before you publish it, and you are responsible for making sure your listing accurately represents what you are selling.
Some marketplaces and jurisdictions require you to disclose that imagery is AI-generated, or restrict its use. Checking and following those rules is your responsibility.
7. Photos, Models and Purchases
Catalog Pro is free to download. Generating images consumes photos, and creating an AI model consumes models. You buy these in packs as one-off purchases — through Google Play on Android, through the Apple App Store on iPhone, and through our payment provider, Dodo Payments, on our website.
On Android only, the app may also let you earn free photos by watching a short rewarded ad. A photo is added to your balance only after the ad has been watched to the end, and there is a daily limit on how many you can earn this way. Rewarded ads depend on an ad being available, so they may not always be offered, and we may change the reward or the daily limit, or withdraw the feature, at any time. Rewarded ads are not offered in the iPhone app, on our website or through the Business API.
Business API plans are bought from the Business dashboard, also through Dodo Payments. A plan is a one-off purchase of a number of photos; there is no subscription and no monthly minimum.

8. Refunds
Purchases in the app are processed by the app store you bought from. Refunds on Android are handled under Google Play's refund policy, and on iPhone under Apple's refund policy, which you can request through Apple's “Report a Problem” page.
Purchases made on our website, including Business API plans, are final and are not refundable. You never pay for photos you do not receive: any photo we cannot generate goes back to your balance automatically. Free photos earned from rewarded ads are not purchases and cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
If something has gone wrong with a purchase or a generation, contact us first — we would rather fix it directly. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or consumer rights you have under the law that applies to you.
9. Business API
These terms apply in addition to the rest of this page whenever you use the Business API. The current technical details and limits are published in our API documentation, and our Data Processing Agreement applies to personal data you send through the API.

| How photos are charged | The photos in a request are held from your balance when you submit it, and any photo that is not delivered is returned automatically. Creating a model does not use photos; each business may have up to 25 models. |
| Limits | Requests are subject to the rate and usage limits published in our API documentation. We may change these limits, and we can raise them for your account on request. |
| Retention | The photos you send are deleted as soon as the job finishes. Generated images are deleted 30 days after they are made, so save them to your own storage. Models are kept for as long as your account exists. |
| Content checks | Requests are screened automatically. A request that is blocked is not charged. |
| Suspension | We may block an account or revoke a key for a breach of these terms, abuse, non-payment or a security risk. Jobs already running are allowed to finish. |
| Changes to the API | Where practical, we will email your account address before making a change that breaks existing integrations. Published error codes keep their meaning. |
| Closing your Business account | Email us to close your Business account. Unused photos are forfeited. |
10. Availability and Changes to the Service
We work to keep Catalog Pro available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we do not offer a service-level agreement for the Business API. Generation times are estimates, not commitments. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, and we may perform maintenance that makes the service temporarily unavailable.
11. Intellectual Property
The service itself — including its name, logo, design, interface, software, API and documentation — is owned by Codex Collab and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. They do not give you any right to copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from it. Your rights in the images generated for you are set out in section 4.
Marketplace names and logos referenced in the app or on our website belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those platforms. Catalog Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
12. Disclaimers
Catalog Pro is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that generated images will be accepted by any marketplace or will produce any particular commercial result.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost sales, lost data, listing removals, account suspensions on third-party marketplaces, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
14. Termination
You may stop using Catalog Pro at any time, and you can delete your app account and all associated data from the Profile screen in the app. To close a Business account, email us. Deletion is permanent and forfeits any unused photos or models — download anything you want to keep first.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and significant changes will be communicated in the app, or by email for Business accounts. Continuing to use Catalog Pro after a change means you accept the updated terms.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
