Technical limits (for developers)
- Requests at the same time (100 / 200 / 500 / 1,000 / 1,000): how many requests can be waiting or in progress at once. Each of your users can have 1 at a time. Photos are made in order; 1,000 requests take about 5–25 minutes.
- New photo requests a minute: the same number as above, per plan. Covers product, clothing and model requests.
- Checking for results: no per-minute limit — just check each request once every 15 seconds.
- Uploads: up to 4 images per request, 8 MB each.
- Storage: photos are kept 30 days, so save them to your own storage.
- Over the limit? The API answers
429with aRetry-Afterheader saying how many seconds to wait. Nothing is charged. Errors & retries →
Best practices before you start
Keep your key secret
Call the API only from your own server — never from an app or web page. Anyone with your key can use up your photos, and we're not responsible for a key that has been exposed.
Save your photos
We delete photos 30 days after they're made. Download them to your own storage as soon as they're ready.
Public products only
Use the API only for products and clothing that are sold publicly.

Two kinds of catalogue photos: products cleaned up on a white background from up to 5 angles, and clothing worn by your own models in up to 5 poses. Both are ready to use on your website, app or marketplace listings.
How much does it cost?
You buy photos once — there is no subscription and plans never expire. Plans go from 250 to 5,000 photos, priced in your local currency, and the bigger the plan the lower the cost per photo, with 5% off your first plan. You only pay for photos you receive; any photo we can't make goes back to your balance.
Can I offer AI photos to my own customers as a paid feature?
Yes. You can build the API into your platform as a premium feature. Send your own user id with each request and the dashboard shows how many photos every customer made, so you can set limits or bill them your way.
How much time can my team save?
A traditional shoot means booking, shooting and editing — often days per batch. With the API, photos are ready in 30–90 seconds, and depending on your plan, 100 to 1,000 of your users can make photos at the same time.
